2.  Does Harmon AutoGlass just perform auto windshield replacement and auto glass repair, or service other types of glass as well?

We're best known for quality in repairing and auto glass windshield replacement, back glass and side window glass. However, some Harmon AutoGlass service centers also provide household glass for shelving and mirrors. Call you local Harmon AutoGlass Service Center for advice.


3. Does Harmon AutoGlass use DOT (Department of Transportation)-certified glass when doing auto windshield replacements?

Absolutely. We not only use DOT-certified glass for each auto glass installation, we inspect each piece for optical clarity and quality.

This number is then matched to your VIN number in the national crime database. Chances are if a would-be thief sees that your glass has been etched, they'll move on to the next car.

7. How does my insurance company get billed for the auto glass replacement services?

Harmon AutoGlass handles the entire insurance claim process for you. Once you schedule service with us, we will confirm your auto glass replacement coverage and place the claim directly with your insurance company.

8. What if I don't have full auto glass replacement coverage?

If you don't have full windshield replacement coverage, or if you have a deductible, you may need to pay a portion when you pick up your vehicle.
